In their lifetime of creativity, many great artists are remembered for one or two significant works, or series of works. For Davson, they are her 'With Gratitude' series and her Water Pattern works. 'Restoring The Gold' is striking in its simplicity. The painting has a tranquil mood yet feels stimulating to the soul.

This painting gives glimpses into the Munibung Bunyip’s life, his mining exploits and his friends. The paintings are fun and yet carry deeper levels of meaning about relationship, harmony and the creative energy behind all things and is one of four paintings commissioned in the mid-1990’s for the collection of Club Panthers Cardiff.
The Platypus Panel of Grand Slam Dreaming is the smallest and most endearing panel in this lengthy painting created by Sharon Davson. Overall the painting is by far the longest in her career to date.
a vibrantly spiritual work of contemplation. It has a peaceful yet provocative influence, with subtle layers of messages. It encapsulates the artist’s resonance and passion for peace and harmony in a way that we hope will transcend the future eras of humankind.
This painting has shown in two major retrospective exhibitions of Davsons art; the With Gratitude For The Light exhibition which toured in public regional art galleries from 1999 to 2002, and with the Davson ~ World Leaders & Enlightenment current exhibition on tour
Bush Relay is fun and striking for its simplicity. It is a light-hearted depiction of a picnic day relay race with the participants being Australian birds and animals. It is a painting to be enjoyed as if through the eyes of a child. This is possibly Davsons most carefree painting.
